Refunds will only be considered if the request is submitted prior to the age group's second practice session less $15 administration fee. Refunds will not be issued after the start of the age group's second practice session.

 

Refunds due to medical reasons will be reviewed by the Board on a case-by-case basis. Medical documentation may be required. The refund amount will be pro-rated based on the amount of time into the season and costs the club incurred.
